To sign in to WristMe if you use Facebook to sign in to GroupMe, do the following:

Note: This will not result in any loss of chats or data whatsoever.

Firstly, your GroupMe Account is associated with an email. Find this email by logging into your GroupMe account and clicking your Profile icon. Log In to GroupMe My Profile on GroupMe
After you have found your Profile, note there is a option their to edit your Password. You can simply set a password here, which will keep facebook connected, but now also give you the newly created password to log in.
On WristMe, use your email and newly created password to login.
